Woodlands Community Inc. is a self sustaining, not-for-profit, professional organisation that promotes community interaction and participation through lifestyle, events and activities.
Through togetherness and a sense of social responsibility, Woodlands Community Inc is committed to ensuring Woodlands is a safe and enjoyable place to live.
Woodlands Community Inc. organises activities and events, such as Community BBQs, the annual Christmas Light Competition, Community Christmas Party, Easter Celebrations, Clean Up Australia Day and Woodlands Billycart Cup. The group coordinates forums and community meetings; and the Queensland Government Gambling Community Benefit Fund has provided $26,346 to Woodlands Community Inc. for the purchase of marquees, a PA system and portable stage.
Woodlands Community Inc. acts as the leadership group and the voice of Woodlands Community.
