When you purchase a home from Delfin, our Five Step Quality Program gives you more than a written guarantee.

It’s your assurances of quality in everything we do, every step of the way - from design to construction to welcoming you to your new community.

We know that the purchasing process can be stressful, so we focus on reducing that stress and making the experience as positive as possible.

Step one: community design

Delfin has been creating special places across Australia for more than 35 years.

We have the depth of expertise to know what works - from urban design and landscape architecture to community infrastructure.

This commitment to quality has seen Delfin communities recognised for their excellence with numerous awards.

We command a position of unrivalled leadership in urban design and community development.

Still, we constantly strive for improvement, using innovative design techniques that will enhance community interaction and respond to the changing needs of modern Australian families.

We regularly conduct focus group testing to obtain feedback and carry out internal reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.

With this expertise, you can rest assured that all aspects of your Delfin community have been designed and delivered with you in mind.

Step two: sales

Throughout the purchase process, your Delfin sales consultant seeks to provide the kind of service and information that best meets your needs.

From your initial enquiry to the signing of the contract and beyond, we tailor our services to suit you and your total satisfaction.

This goes beyond having up-to-the-minute market and product knowledge, although we certainly provide that.

It is about an attitude - a belief that our first priority is to listen to you, respond to your needs and address any concerns you may have.

When you sign your contract, you will be given a complimentary ‘Home Buying Made Easy’ kit which, along with our dedicated Community Liaison Officer, will assist you with each step until you eventually call your Delfin community home.

Step three: construction

This phase of the program is subject to rigorous quality controls to achieve ‘best practice’ objectives in construction techniques and environmental protection.

Construction works, including village entry treatments, park layouts, streetscape planting and site furnishings, must conform to important planning and design decisions made in the initial phase of the process.

Strict on-site safety regulations are enforced to maintain a safe environment for workers and visitors at all times.

Beyond the subdivision constructions works, Delfin ensures that quality housing standards are maintained through fully managed housing covenants, providing you with confidence and an integrity of lifestyle.

Covenant Managers support you through the approval process of your home design and can offer you tips and expert advice on the design of your new home.

Step four: delivery

Inspections are conducted throughout land construction works and when you settle on your homesite.

By this stage, we have ensured that the land is clear of all site waste, is well presented and accessible for your builder to commence construction of your home.

At Delfin, we take pride in the presentation of the streets, parks and other public spaces near your homesite to ensure that when you take delivery of your land, the visual quality and landscape character of your new neighbourhood are already in place.

Our commitment to quality service does not end when you purchase your land. Well after you take delivery, we are there to answer queries and provide assistance or advice across a range of issues such as security, use of community facilities or help with meeting design guidelines.

Step five: moving in

At Delfin, we know that this is the most exciting time for homebuyers. With this in mind, we make every effort to smooth the way for you.

Every new resident is welcomed through our Community Connections program. This includes a handy information pack and regular community events where you can get to know your new neighbours.

Our communities are more than just homes, which is why we emphasise the delivery of key facilities such as neighbourhood centres, retail and education services, quality landscaping and hike & bike trails.

Your satisfaction is important to us and we ask new owners to complete a post-purchase questionnaire, which is used in conjunction with on-going customer feedback programs to continually improve our communities.
